Employment Opportunities
Connected Speech Pathology provides individualized online speech-language therapy and communication coaching to adults and children of all ages.
Our speech pathologists (SLPs) are highly experienced independent contractors who work from home and set their schedules.
Caseloads will include a variety of age ranges and diagnoses. We support each SLP as they move through the process of working with a new client.
Responsibilities include:
Selecting quality therapy materials
Designing effective treatment plans
Interpreting evaluation results
Communicating with parents and caregivers
During our onboarding process, the SLP will participate in a video conference training session and begin seeing clients once they are comfortable with our systems and online therapy methodology. Our SLPs will have access to our shared library of therapy materials, receive their own HIPAA-complaint Zoom meeting room, and have access to our charting and booking systems. All of our clients receive automated text and email reminders before sessions, resulting in improved attendance.
Our owner, Allison Geller M.A. CCC-SLP, is passionate about supporting our team.
Allison has over 20 years of experience working with a wide range of communication challenges in adults and children. Using her past and present experiences, she strives to make each team member feel supported and successful during the evaluation and therapeutic processes.
If you are a compassionate, resourceful, detail-oriented, and creative SLP who can help maintain the high quality of client care that Connected Speech Pathology is known for, then we invite you to apply. All SLPs must have a Master’s degree and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Please let us know if you live outside the United States and feel qualified for this role.
If you are seeking a position as a clinical fellow or intern, unfortunately, we are not set up to provide supervision for that at this time.
