At Connected Speech Pathology LLC, all services are self-pay as we do not file with any insurance companies. We will gladly provide you a monthly invoice that can be submitted to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement if applicable. Appropriate CPT procedures and diagnostic codes will be indicated on the invoice. We are direct payment providers for Family Empowerment Scholarship/Step Up For Students (formerly Gardiner Scholarship)!
Fees start at $75/session, depending on each meeting's length in 30, 45, or 60-minute increments. Accent Modification Training sessions are 60-min each. We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance.
All client forms are web-based using an online intake form management software that enables us to share documents electronically and receive them back completed and signed before the first appointment. This platform is HIPAA-compliant.
