Consistent attendance is important for steady progress in therapy and coaching. Because sessions are in high demand, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions may be subject to a fee. Providing advanced notice helps us offer your time slot to another client who is waiting for services.

There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You may stop services at any time for any reason, as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any previously scheduled appointment. Many clients choose to meet weekly or biweekly, but scheduling is always flexible and tailored to your goals.
